Titus Regional Medical Center was born as Titus County Memorial Hospital by an official act of the Texas Legislature in 1953. Since that day, we have been serving our community by providing healthcare to the families of Northeast Texas. From our humble beginnings, we have grown into an integral part of our community as an independent health system. And we are still growing.
