Alexandre Oliveira has extensive experience in sales and customer success, currently serving as the Head of Sales for the Manufacturing sector at TIVIT since January 2018. Oliveira's career at TIVIT began in 2014 with roles in commercial functions, and prior experience includes positions in commercial, marketing, new business, and technology at Telefónica Brasil from 2002 to 2013, as well as a support analyst role focusing on WAN and LAN networks at Promon Engenharia from 1997 to 2001. Education includes a specialization in Customer Success Management from FIA Business School in 2021, an MBA in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a postgraduate degree in Telecommunications Engineering from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado, alongside an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Computing from FEI, completed in 1999.
