Edson Monteiro

Edson Monteiro has over 17 years of experience in information technology, currently serving as Gerente de TI at TIVIT since June 2006. In this role, Edson leads a multidisciplinary team of over 120 professionals that operates 24/7 to ensure the continuity of critical business environments for clients. Responsibilities include proactive support, infrastructure changes, crisis management, and leveraging analytics for insights in AiOps. Previously, Edson held positions as Coordenador de TI at LG.Philips Displays from 1996 to 2006, overseeing a team and service support across multiple locations, and as Analista de Tecnologia da Informação at Philips from 1998 to 2005, where strategic project implementation and IT alignment to business plans were key focuses. Edson holds an MBA in Gestão de Negócios from FIA, an Especialização from Lab SSJ, and a degree in Processamento de Dados from Universidade São Judas Tadeu.
