Flavio Santos has extensive experience in IT, particularly as an IT Specialist and Middleware Analyst at TIVIT since April 2004. Flavio manages Middleware applications in critical environments using tools such as WebSphere Application Server and Apache Http Server, while also aligning maintenance windows with clients and planning infrastructure changes based on ITIL processes.
