Raul Pontes is a dedicated professional in information technology, currently serving as a Coordinator of Processes at TIVIT. With extensive experience in managing critical IT operations, Raul leads 24x7 teams, ensuring service continuity and security for clients. Previously, they were a Supervisor of TI II at TIVIT, where they managed incidents and implemented automation solutions. Raul began their career in various industries, developing manufacturing process solutions, and later ventured into entrepreneurship in the photovoltaic energy sector. They hold a degree in Mechatronics and are currently pursuing studies in Information Technology.
