As a co-founder of both Emerge Commerce Inc. and CrowdSavings.com, Bauer played pivotal roles in financial operations and strategic growth initiatives. With a solid foundation in accounting and finance from Miami University and early career experience at Price Waterhouse, Bauer has consistently demonstrated expertise in capital raising and financial management throughout a diverse career spanning over three decades.
