Amy Easterly

Amy Easterly is an experienced professional in customer experience management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Tixel USA since December 2024. Previously, Amy held positions as Chief Experience Officer and VP of Customer Experience at Smartria® from September 2017 to November 2024. Amy's career includes work as a Project, Data and Marketing Consultant at Easterly Medical from November 2009 to December 2017 and as Market Development Manager for the Americas, as well as Global Product Marketing Manager at Lumenis between 2006 and 2016. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from East Tennessee State University and completed an Executive Education program in Medical Marketing at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
