Jules Duck

Jules Duck is currently the Director of CX + PX at Tixel, where they oversee the strategic direction and operations focused on fans and people. They have previously held positions at Deliveroo, including Head of Operations Strategy + Performance, as well as multiple roles in rider support and engagement. Jules also gained experience in education as an Assistant Water Polo Coach at Arizona State University and Pomona-Pitzer Colleges. They hold a Master's Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from UC Irvine.
