Rich Caputo

Rich Caputo currently serves as the Director of Data and AI at TJC (The Jordan Company) since November 2023. Prior to this role, Rich held various positions at OnCorps from May 2020 to October 2022, including Machine Learning Advisor, Senior Director of Machine Learning, Director of Machine Learning, and Data Scientist (Part-Time), as well as a Data Science Intern. Rich briefly worked as a Developer at BlueFlame AI in October 2023 and completed a Wintern position at Hudson River Trading in January 2020. Additional experience includes a Data Scientist role at Dell EMC from August 2018 to June 2019 and a Quantitative Research Intern position at Brown University Investment Office from November 2017 to May 2018. Rich's educational background includes a Master of Finance in Financial Mathematics from MIT Sloan School of Management (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Mathematics from Brown University (2014-2018).
