Agnes Ricz is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager HR Solutions DACH at TK Elevator since September 2021, Agnes has successfully built and transitioned HR teams and processes within the company’s new Solution Center. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Consultant at Grundfos Shared Services and Senior Human Resources Coordinator at GRUNDFOS, focusing on process standardization and HR transitions. Agnes also held significant positions at Roche, where key responsibilities included team leadership in global mobility and talent processes, along with expertise in SAP implementations. Agnes's career began at Genpact, managing order processing and training in SAP logistics. Academically, Agnes holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Budapest Business University and a Master's degree from Debreceni Egyetem.
