Akef Hourie

Akef Hourie has over a decade of experience in finance and management, currently serving as the CFO for the Operating Unit Middle East at TK Elevator since October 2012. Prior to this role, Akef held various positions at TK Elevator, including Head of Finance Shared Services for the Middle East and Finance Manager for the UAE and Bahrain. Akef's career began at thyssenkrupp, where responsibilities included Project Controller and Accountant from January 2009 to September 2012. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Applied Finance and Banking from the University of Wollongong in Dubai, along with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Aleppo.
