Amy Flécher

Amy Flécher currently serves as the Head of Global External Communications at TK Elevator, a position held since October 2024, where responsibilities include developing communications strategies to enhance the company's reputation among external stakeholders. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Corporate Communications and Marketing at ams OSRAM, overseeing a large team to create global communications strategies for a €3.6 billion organization. Flécher held various key roles at Nokia Networks, including Head of Marketing & Communications for Global Enterprise & Public Sector and Head of Global Internal Communications, where leadership contributed to customer acquisition and crisis management. Prior positions at Fujitsu Siemens Computers and Intel Corporation focused on press relations and corporate communications, with earlier roles at Compaq Computer Corporation in executive communications and analyst relations. Amy Flécher holds a Master’s degree in International Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Wright State University.
