Carolin Beckers

Carolin Beckers (geb. Uller) has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and consulting. Carolin began their career as a Consultant at thyssenkrupp Management Consulting in 2015 and worked there until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Program Manager for HR Transformation at thyssenkrupp. In 2018, Carolin joined TK Elevator as an Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and held this position until 2019. Carolin then served as the Head of People Development at TK Elevator from 2019 to 2020. From 2020 to 2022, Carolin held the role of Head of HR Strategy & People Development at TK Elevator. In 2023, they became the Vice President of HR Strategy and Centers of Competence for TK Elevator Germany. Currently, Carolin is the HR Director and Managing Director for TK Elevator Germany.

Carolin Beckers (geb. Uller) pursued their education from 2007 to 2014 at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen/ Economic Engineering.
