Chief Jody O'Guinn, (Ret) MPA, CHS-III, CCFI, WVTS, currently serves as the Senior Training Manager for Technical and Operations Portfolios at TK Elevator, overseeing training enhancement for over 5,000 employees across North America. Chief O'Guinn's academic qualifications include a Master's in Public Administration, numerous certifications in homeland security, and criminal justice, reinforcing a strong professional foundation in law enforcement and training program management.
