Clay Ratliff

Clay Ratliff, MBA, PMP, currently serves as a Construction Advisor and Field Operations/Business Development Director at TK Elevator, where responsibilities include leading various departments such as new equipment sales and maintenance. As President of All American Project Professionals since August 2018, Clay oversees the growth of a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business focused on supporting veterans through service and construction projects. Previously, Clay held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Airport Technical Support, managing executive functions and enhancing operational efficiency. Clay's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Customer Service & Aftersales at ThyssenKrupp Airport Systems, where full-cycle profit and loss analyses and project execution were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Tarleton State University, JD Candidate status at UNT Dallas College of Law (2022-2023), and a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Business from Tarleton State University.
