Damián Perrella

Damián Perrella has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Damián began their career as a Junior Maintenance Technician at Industrias Alcarduplex SA, where they focused on customer service and efficiency calculations. Damián then moved on to Coca-Cola FEMSA as a Junior Operations Assistant, responsible for contingency planning, stock analysis, and coordinating product deliveries. At TK Elevator, Damián held multiple senior positions, including Head of Service Contract, where they managed the maintenance business and controlled budgets, and Head Commercial of ON, MOD and Services, overseeing sales, operational management, and strategic planning. Currently, they serve as the Head of Operations at TK Elevator, leading a team and implementing organizational strategies. Throughout their career, Damián has demonstrated strong leadership, business acumen, and a focus on achieving company growth and success.

Damián Perrella completed a Postgraduate Degree in Finance from UADE Business School in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad Abierta Interamericana between 2017 and 2021. Damián also holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Escuela Argentina de Negocios, which they completed from 2011 to 2017. In 2010, Damián completed a Diploma in Quality Management from IRAM - Instituto Argentino de Normalización y Certificación. Additional certifications include various courses on topics such as machine learning, leadership, emotional intelligence, and customer service obtained from LinkedIn in 2019.
