Daniel Santanna

Daniel Santanna is an experienced professional with a robust background in shared services management and finance. Currently serving as Shared Services Director for North America at TK Elevator since June 2011, Daniel oversees the US Shared Services Center. Previously, Daniel held the role of Head of Shared Services Center for Latin America, managing a team of 350 employees and handling key processes such as order to cash and requisition to payment. Additional experience includes roles as Shared Services Manager for Brazil and Planning & Controlling Supervisor, where responsibilities spanned planning, accounting, and administrative processes across multiple countries. Daniel's educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Georgia, an Organizational Leadership Program at New York University, and bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Finance and Business Administration from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and the University of North Carolina Wilmington, respectively.
