Dave Boone is a seasoned professional in the elevator industry with extensive experience spanning various roles. Beginning as an apprentice at ThyssenKrupp Elevator Americas and Schindler Elevator Corporation, Dave later excelled as a Maintenance Supervisor at KONE, earning multiple awards for call-out reduction. Advancing to the role of General Manager, Dave achieved significant modernizations and fiscal performance for KONE, receiving accolades for outstanding project margins and Net Promoter Index scores. Currently serving as Operations Manager at TK Elevator, Dave oversees a large team and implements strategic initiatives to optimize service operations. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from Carleton University and an Elevator Mechanic Certification from the Canadian Elevator Industry Education Program.
