Derek Allen possesses extensive experience in drafting and design engineering, beginning with Mechanical Drafter roles at Whirlpool Corporation and Thomas & Betts, where expertise was developed in Pro/E and SolidWorks. As a Drafting and Design Supervisor at Hyosung Corporation, Derek managed teams and enhanced skillsets across multiple departments. A Senior Mechanical Engineer at Sharp Manufacturing, contributions included training in SolidWorks and designing components for kitchen appliances that led to significant cost savings.
