Dr. Charles Jiang

Dr. Charles Jiang has extensive work experience in the elevator and escalator industry. Dr. Charles is currently the Head of Sales and Marketing for Southeast Asia at TK Elevator, where they lead sales strategies and directions for profitable growth in the region. Prior to this, Dr. Jiang worked at Otis Elevator Co., where they held various positions such as Director of China Sales and channel management, Director of Sales and Marketing for Southeast Asia, and General Manager of Otis Macau. Before joining Otis Elevator Co., Dr. Jiang worked at United Technologies, Building & Industrial Systems, where they served as the Director of Asia for Elevators & Escalators Product Marketing. Dr. Charles also held leadership roles at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, GEZE GmbH, and OTIS. Dr. Jiang has a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving challenging objectives in their roles.

Dr. Charles Jiang completed their education with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from Beijing University of Chemical Technology in 1999. Dr. Charles then obtained a Master's degree in Economics from Renmin University of China in 2005. In 2009, they pursued an MBA from the University of Maryland. Currently, Dr. Jiang is working towards a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Singapore Management University, which they are expected to complete by 2023.
