Erica Hackney

Erica Hackney has diverse experience in marketing and account management, currently serving as an Account Manager at thyssenkrupp Elevator since June 2018. Previously, Erica completed a STEP Trainee program at thyssenkrupp in early 2018 and worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Advantage Technology from October 2016 to December 2017. Prior to this, Erica gained valuable customer service skills as a Lead Bartender at Bent Willey's from June 2013 to September 2016. Erica holds a degree in Multidisciplinary Studies with a focus on Advertising, Communications, and Journalism from West Virginia University, where studies were completed from 2011 to 2016.
