Fabiane Ramos

Fabiane Ramos possesses extensive experience in human resources management, with a career spanning over two decades in various esteemed organizations. Currently serving as Gestão de Recursos Humanos at TK Elevator since July 2017, Fabiane oversees all facets of HR, including personnel administration, safety, health, and environmental management. Previous roles include Gerente de RH at GRUPO RPH and HR Manager at Bomag Marini Latin America, where responsibilities involved employee selection, training program management, and HR policy restructuring. Prior experience at Gerdau S.A. and AmBev included leadership in career management, executive development programs, and the implementation of HR systems. Fabiane holds an MBA in People Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
