Fabiane Sum

Fabiane Sum is a SSC, PMO, and Internal Control Manager currently overseeing the corporate PMO for thyssenkrupp Elevadores in Latin America, managing around 120 ongoing projects and having completed over 200 projects. Fabiane's background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering and a Master’s degree in Production Engineering with a focus on project portfolios. Previously, Fabiane held various roles, including consultant at Visagio, where significant achievements included the successful implementation of a Shared Services Center, and coordinated projects that incorporated innovative technologies. In addition to overseeing strategic initiatives, Fabiane is responsible for internal controls, including risk analysis and support for internal audits.
