Flavio Alberino has a diverse and extensive work experience in the procurement and supply chain field. Flavio currently holds the position of Vice President of Procurement and Supply Chain at TK Elevator, where they are responsible for a $1 billion spend in North America. Prior to this, Flavio worked at Constellium, where they served as a Procurement Director for various business units and led procurement turnarounds, end-to-end process design, and operating model implementation. Flavio also held the role of Global Manager Strategic Purchasing, where they created commodity strategies, formed strategic alliances, and achieved significant savings. Before Constellium, Flavio worked at Alcoa as a Global Procurement Manager and Regional Procurement Manager, leading category management and CAPEX management efforts. Flavio also worked at Freeport-McMoRan as a Supply Chain Manager and Senior Sourcing Leader, implementing cost optimization projects, leading procurement solutions, and negotiating contracts. Flavio's early career includes their role at IBM as the Global Operation Lead for the Supply Chain Leadership Program and their work as a Senior Financial Auditor at Ferrari Herrero - Management Consulting, where they managed financial audit programs and examined material management and compliance practices.
Flavio Alberino completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, and CPA at the University of Buenos Aires from 1993 to 1998. Flavio then pursued an MBA in Supply Chain Management at the W. P. Carey School of Business - Arizona State University from 2000 to 2002.
