Florian Hauser

Florian Hauser has extensive work experience in various HR roles within the thyssenkrupp and TK Elevator companies. Florian most recently held the position of Head of Development & Culture at TK Elevator, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Team Lead Business HR at TK Elevator from September 2021 to September 2022. Florian also worked as the Vice President/Head of Human Resources at thyssenkrupp - Business Unit Springs & Stabilizers from May 2020 to August 2021. Before that, they held HR positions at thyssenkrupp / Business Area Components Technology and thyssenkrupp Elevator Technology, Business Unit Europe Africa. Florian's experience includes leading HR projects, implementing talent programs, harmonizing compensation systems, and managing HR transformations.

Florian Hauser attended Gymnasium Herzogenaurach from 1986 to 1995 and obtained their Abitur. Florian then went on to study at the University of Duisburg-Essen from 1997 to 1999, where they completed their Vordiplom in Sociology. Florian also participated in the Erasmus Program at Cardiff University from 1999 to 2000, focusing on Business Administration. Finally, they pursued their degree at the University of Hamburg from 2000 to 2004, earning a Diplom in Sociology.
