Florian Zimmermann currently serves as the Head of Digital Transformation for Belgium and Luxembourg, as well as the Head of Service and Modernization for the BeNeLux region at TK Elevator since January 2017. With extensive experience in business development, digital transformation, and customer relationship management, Florian has led initiatives that incorporate AI and data analytics into modernization sales, enhanced customer centricity, and developed a new Key Account Management methodology. Prior to TK Elevator, Florian held leadership roles in service contract management and project management at thyssenkrupp Aufzüge GmbH, where responsibilities included optimizing service operations and establishing effective processes. Florian is also a co-founder of LexTec Consultancy. Educational credentials include a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from ESMT Berlin and a Bachelor of Engineering in Business Engineering from Hochschule Esslingen.
