Francisco Flores is a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Consultant at Siemens, specializing in Requirements Based Engineering and Model Based Systems Engineering processes, methods, and tools. They hold an MSc in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Technology Management and have over ten years of experience in the Systems Engineering field.
