Frank Chen

Frank Chen is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership and management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at ThyssenKrupp Elevator China since December 2013, Frank has played a crucial role in transforming the organization's structure and standardizing HR processes nationwide. Previously, Frank held significant positions at DuPont, contributing to the establishment of a new manufacturing facility and leading HR improvement projects. Earlier career experiences include roles as Human Resources and Admin Director at United Building System Co. Ltd and Senior HR Manager at Yeskey Group, where Frank was instrumental in developing HR functions. Frank holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Ritsumeikan University and a diploma in Environment from Tongji University.
