George Scholte

George Scholte has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years in various HR roles. George currently serves as the Head of HR at TK Elevator since 2018. Prior to this, they held the position of HR Manager at Oranjedak BV from 2017 to 2018. George also worked as the Manager HRM / Talent & Management Development at Imtech Traffic & Infra B.V. from 2015 to 2016. During their tenure at Hertel, from 2008 to 2014, they served as the Group Talent & Development Manager. Before that, they were the HRM Manager at Royal Boskalis Westminster from 2005 to 2008, and the HRM Manager at Wethold - Ewl from 2001 to 2005. George started their career as a Senior Consultant in Organizational Development & HRM at IQ Control from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they served as the HRM & Quality Manager for the EMEA region at Kuehne + Nagel from 1993 to 1998.

George Scholte earned a Bachelor's alike degree in Coaching & Counseling from the European Institute de Baak in 2011. Prior to that, they studied Business administration / Bedrijfskunde / Business management / Bedrijfsmanagement at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and later pursued a Master's degree in Cultural-Mental History at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Additionally, they completed a Bachelors degree in Secondary Education and Teaching Historical and Geographical sciences from HAN University of Applied Sciences. George also has some educational background in Business administration / Bedrijfskunde / Business management / Bedrijfsmanagement from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
