Jake Chatfield

Jake Chatfield is a seasoned project management professional with comprehensive experience in the vertical transportation industry. Beginning as a Project Management Intern at Thyssen Krupp Elevators, Jake gained foundational knowledge in the field while assisting project managers at the Hudson Yards redevelopment. Jake progressed to roles of increasing responsibility at Schindler Elevator Corporation, serving as both Assistant Project Manager and Associate Project Manager, where duties included coordinating schedules, managing project financials, and overseeing multiple crews. Currently, as a Project Manager at TK Elevator, Jake manages an $59 million backlog across eight high-rise projects, optimizing materials and labor budgets while ensuring project timelines are met. Jake holds a degree in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
