Javier Fraile has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Javier began their career as an IT Programmer at Micronet in 1995 and later worked as an Analyst/IT Programmer at Meta4, where they were responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing internal systems. Javier also designed and developed the Meta4 intranet and integrated QA internal tools with the ERP.

In 1999, Javier joined Teknoland RTT as a Project Manager, specializing in content management systems, corporative web, and intranets for clients such as Grupo Zeta, BBVA, General Motors, and AXA. Javier managed projects, defined architectures, and led the implementation of Java and .Net technologies.

In 2001, Javier joined Portel Servicios Telematicos as the Head of Software Development. Javier structured the Development department, established best practices and methodologies, and managed national and international projects. Notably, they served as the Project Director of the National Single Window of Foreign Trade in Morocco and managed European projects such as ANNA, MED-PCS, and SafeSeaNet.

From 2019 to 2020, Javier worked as the CTO Chief Technical Officer at Agata Technology, where they focused on transforming disconnected environments into an innovative and efficient platform. Javier'srole involved facilitating the technological era, providing unique digital experiences, and contributing to the development of companies, institutions, and society.

Currently, Javier is the Head of Software Field Applications at TK Elevator, a position they assumed in November 2020. In this role, they oversee the life cycle management applications to support the company's daily operations. Javier manages a team of 25 people and ensures IT-related business continuity, including maintenance management and integration with legacy systems within thyssenKrupp.

Javier Fraile completed their education in Computer/IT Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. from 2004 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Computer Systems Technical Engineering from Universidad Complutense de Madrid between 1995 and 1999. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Agile, Exponential Leaders - Finisher, Direccion Estrategica de la Tecnologia, SCRUM Master, TOEIC, ITIL, and PMP Project Manager Professional.
