Jeff Coles

Jeff Coles is the Chief Operating Officer for TK Elevator in the Americas, where they hold P&L and leadership responsibility for a $4 billion business across North and Latin America. They have previously served in various executive roles, including Director of Sales and Marketing and President at Schindler Elevator Corporation, and Director on boards for institutions such as McMaster University and Ontario Power Generation. Coles holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa and has completed multiple executive education programs at renowned institutions, including Harvard Business School and MIT. Their extensive experience in leadership and governance spans over a decade in the building solutions and elevator industries.
