Jennifer Morris Cook is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and information technology leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director at TK Elevator, Jennifer leads business transformation efforts for North America corporate functions, focusing on value creation programs and P&L delivery. Previously at Fiserv, Jennifer directed the Enterprise Transformation Office, implementing a transformational SDLC operating model and overseeing the transition to a cloud-based enterprise ALM toolset. Jennifer's tenure at InterContinental Hotels Group featured governance of IT strategy and application delivery, significantly enhancing project management and Agile methodologies. Additionally, Jennifer held key roles at AT&T, where leadership of a $100M financial portfolio and Agile project adoption were paramount. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from George Mason University's Costello College of Business.
