Jian Zhang

Jian (Charles) Zhang currently serves as the Head of Enterprise Architecture & Global Solution Build at TK Elevator since October 2023, focusing on North America Field transformation, Salesforce CRM, FSM, and Mulesoft integration. Prior to this role, Jian held several key positions at thyssenkrupp Elevator AG, including Head of Enterprise Architecture & Global Solution Build and Head of GPI R&D/PLM, where responsibilities included enhancing application landscape harmonization in global manufacturing, engineering, and R&D. From January 2011 to April 2015, Jian was the ERP Director for Asia Pacific at ThyssenKrupp, leading SAP and Business Intelligence implementations, and previously served as IT Director for China Manufacturing. Additionally, Jian headed the Application Service team for Asia Pacific at SIG Combibloc and worked as an ERP Manager at Macronix International Co., LTD. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management and a Master of Science in Information Systems from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
