Jim Roe

Jim Roe has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jim is currently employed at TK Elevator as a Senior Director in the Business Transformation & Strategy function, where they lead value creation programs and digital service offerings. Prior to this, they worked at Artera Services as a Senior Director in Field Technology. Before that, they served as an IT Director at FieldCore, leading IT transformation strategy and supporting field services and regional operations. Jim also held various leadership roles at GE Power, including serving as the GE/Alstom Integration Leader and Services Operations Integration Leader. Jim began their career at PwC and PriceWaterhouse as a Management Consultant, implementing business transformation projects. Overall, Jim has showcased their expertise in leading transformations, driving operational excellence, and implementing ERP solutions throughout their career.

Jim Roe has an MBA with a focus on Economics and Management Information Systems from Auburn University, which they obtained from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Auburn University from 1992 to 1996. Jim also holds a certification as a Master Blackbelt from General Electric Corporate, which they obtained in 2012.
