Josete Rosa

Josete Rosa has over 27 years of experience at Thyssenkrupp Elevator, currently serving as the Head of the Program Management Office for both the Latin America and North America business units. Josete implemented the PMO area for the Product Development Center in 2014, successfully managing a new elevator system project and developing a PMO team with a focus on PMBOK methodology. Previous roles include Global Project Manager at Thyssenkrupp Elevator Technology AG, where Josete led the global project management office and updated methodologies, as well as holding various positions within electrical R&D and manufacturing, including a focus on homologation processes and quality assurance. Josete holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in International Business and a postgraduate degree in Leadership and Group Development.
