Joziane Lacerda

Joziane Lacerda has extensive experience in human resources and business management, currently serving as Gerente Rem&Ben, Relações Trab&Sind, Diversidade América Latina at TK Elevator since February 2003. Joziane’s roles have included overseeing team management and providing strategic support to business areas, as well as developing leadership training programs focused on labor management and union relations. Previous experience includes positions as Coordenadora Remuneração Benefícios e Relações Trabalhistas at TK Elevator, and roles in various organizations such as Sponchiado Administradora de Consorcios Ltda and Cogumelos Petim, among others. Joziane holds an MBA in Project Management from IBGEN and bachelor's degrees in Law and Accounting from Esade and Unifin, respectively, complemented by a Technologist degree in Human Resource Management from FTEC.
