Karen Kong

Karen Kong currently serves as the VP Finance FP&A for North America at TK Elevator, a position held since June 2024. Previously, Karen held the role of Director of Finance at Tegra Medical from February to June 2024, overseeing Finance, Payroll, and IT departments across four manufacturing plants in the U.S. Karen's extensive experience at Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) from January 2016 to February 2023 included serving as Financial Controller for New Installation and North America Supply Chain, as well as at Schindler Ltd (UK) in various financial controlling roles from July 2008 to December 2015. Academic credentials include a PhD in Economics and an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Nottingham, along with a BSc in International Economics and Trade from Nankai University.
