Kevin Browder is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in manufacturing and operational excellence. Currently serving as a New Product Introduction Engineer at TK Elevator since August 2007, Kevin has successfully led initiatives in Agile Business Development and coaching, while also managing material acquisition and automating manufacturing processes to enhance capacity and reduce scrap. Kevin's previous roles include Operations Manager and Director of Manufacturing Engineering, demonstrating a strong background in continuous improvement and change management. In addition to civil experience, Kevin has dedicated over three decades to the TN Air National Guard as an Avionics Guidance and Control Systems Technician, with notable military service during Operation Desert Storm. Kevin holds certifications in Lean Leadership and Lean Manufacturing from the University of Michigan College of Engineering and has a broad educational background spanning multiple institutions.
