Lawrence Cooper

Lawrence Cooper serves as the Assistant General Counsel for Transactions & Governance at TK Elevator since March 2023. Prior to this role, Lawrence was the General Counsel at Highway 9 Marketing and Events from July 2022 to March 2023. Experience includes positions as Deputy General Counsel and Senior Counsel at Rubicon Global from November 2015 to June 2022, and Of Counsel at McClure & Kornheiser, LLC from December 2014 to November 2015. Lawrence began legal career as an Attorney at Cushing, Morris, Armbruster & Montgomery, LLP from 2006 to December 2014. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from the University at Albany.
