Lou DeLoreto has extensive work experience in the field of health and safety. Lou currently holds the position of Sr. Vice President of Health & Safety Americas at TK Elevator. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Employee Health and Safety at American Elevator Group from July 2020 to March 2023. Lou also worked as the owner and safety consultant at Elevate Safety Systems from April 2020 to March 2023, where they supported independent and small business units with their safety needs and provided specialized training in serious injury and fatality prevention. Lou started their career at Otis Elevator Co. in 1998, where they served as the UTC Sr. Manager of EH&S for North and South America until June 2011. Lou also worked as the UTC Sr. Health and Safety Manager at United Technologies (Pratt & Whitney) from January 1996 to January 1998.
Lou DeLoreto attended Keene State College from 1992 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in Risk Management, Loss Control, and Business Management. In 2004, they briefly enrolled at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, but it is unknown whether they completed a degree or field of study at this institution.
