Marc David is a seasoned operations and business leader with extensive experience in the elevator and spare parts industry. Currently serving as the Head of Operations Service Center at TK Elevator, Marc oversees a shared service center with 220 FTE, focusing on customer care, sales support, and IT solutions, while driving initiatives in customer satisfaction and digital transformation. Prior to this role, Marc was the President of MGTI, managing a spare parts business center with €27M in sales. A former director at thyssenKrupp Ascenseurs, Marc led commercial operations and implemented digital sales tools, significantly increasing order intake. Marc holds a Master of Science from Cranfield University and an engineering degree from UTBM.
