Marcio de Andrade

Marcio de Andrade has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Marcio started their professional journey as an Ajudante de Produção at Indústria de móveis Vulcano Ltda. in 1984, where they worked until December 1988. Following this, they joined Banco Sudameris do Brasil as an Assistente Administrativo from January 1989 to February 1991.

In March 1991, Andrade joined Siemens Brasil as Gerente Geral de Recursos Humanos. Marcio had a solid experience as an HR Business Partner, where they managed various aspects of human resources such as development, succession, training, labor relations, hiring, and organizational development. Marcio also managed legal and labor aspects, corporate HR policies, and developed specific HR strategies for the Energy sector of Siemens in Brazil. Marcio was responsible for implementing policies and procedures related to safety, medical services, social services, and personnel administration. Additionally, they managed relationships with the local worker's union, discussing labor-related topics and handling legal entities.

Andrade's next career move took him to ThyssenKrupp, where they served as the Head of Human Resources at thyssenkrupp Met. Campo Limpo from May 2013 to May 2017.

Currently, they hold two positions at TK Elevator. Marcio started their journey with the company as the Director of Human Resources at TK Elevator Brazil in June 2017. Then, in April 2018, they assumed the role of Vice President of Human Resources at TK Elevator Latin America.

Throughout their career, Andrade has demonstrated their expertise in human resources, successfully managing various aspects of the function and developing effective strategies for different industries and regions.

Marcio de Andrade completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Faculdades Padre Anchieta from 1989 to 1992. Marcio then pursued a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources from INPG Campinas from 1995 to 1996.
