Mark Anderson

Mark Anderson is currently the Vice President of Labor Relations at TK Elevator, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, Mark served in various human resources roles across several organizations, including Human Resources Director at Pactiv, LLC, and KONE Americas, where they were instrumental in transforming organizational culture and addressing labor relations. Mark completed their Master’s in Human Resources & Industrial Relations at Loyola University of Chicago after earning a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. With a strong belief in purpose-driven organizations, Mark focuses on creating an engaging culture that attracts top talent and enhances employee relations.
