Sullivan began a career as a Senior Communications Technician at Alcatel-Lucent from February 1989 to March 2003, followed by a role as a California Field Service Technician at SureWest Communications until April 2008. Subsequently, Sullivan served as the California Field Service Installation/Repair Manager at Consolidated Communications from April 2008 until November 2024. Currently, Sullivan is the Operations Manager at TK Elevator, a position held since October 2024. Sullivan graduated from River City High School with a High School Diploma in General Education.
