Previously, Martin held positions in project management and technical roles across various companies, including ARMONI TALENT PARTNERS, ReMASA, and YPF SA, specializing in energy, mining, and oil and gas industries. Educationally, Martin holds an MBA from Universidad del CEMA, a degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Licenciatura en Análisis de Sistemas from the University of Buenos Aires.
