Michelle Rigdon

Michelle Rigdon, CBCP, currently serves as Senior Vice President of OSH, Performance Excellence at TK Elevator since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of HSSES Continuous Improvement and Senior Resourcing Manager at Wood between May 2017 and September 2023. Michelle also held positions as Account Manager at Cenergy International Services and Cenergy Partners, where expertise in workforce solutions for the energy industry was developed from January 2014 to May 2017. Additional experience encompasses business development as AVP at Alaska USA, senior consulting at Alaska Executive Search, and leadership at Robert Half. Michelle's career commenced in the mortgage sector with Ameriquest Mortgage Company.
