Mihai Hendea

Mihai Hendea has extensive work experience in various roles related to IT and SAP management. Mihai is currently working at TK Elevator as the IT lead transformation, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Product & Program Manager Configuration Management at the company from October 2021 to October 2023. Earlier in their career, Mihai worked at C&A as a SAP Administrator from April 2013 to December 2014 and at evoline Professional Services as a SAP Netweaver Consultant from August 2010 to March 2013. Mihai also gained experience at Nokia as a Java Support & Test Specialist from October 2009 to August 2010, and at WirTek A/S as a VoIP Test Engineer from October 2008 to September 2009. In addition to their diverse roles, Mihai has demonstrated expertise in SAP applications and processes, portfolio and program management, and building strong relationships with business leadership.

Mihai Hendea holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the Technical University Cluj Napoca, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication and Information Technology from the same university from 2005 to 2009. Mihai also attended Mihai Eminescu Highschool Satu Mare from 2001 to 2005, where they focused on mathematics and informatics. In addition to their academic qualifications, Mihai Hendea has obtained certifications such as the Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI in 2014 and the Goethe-Zertifikat B1 from Goethe-Institut e.V. in 2012.
