Nate Holiday

Nate Holiday is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and health and safety, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Head of Health & Safety at TK Elevator since August 2016. In this role, Nate oversees the North American business unit, managing over 12,000 employees across field, manufacturing, and corporate functions while developing innovative safety strategies. Prior to TK Elevator, Nate served in various roles including Director of Health & Safety and Regional Safety Manager at the Army National Guard, where Nate advanced through ranks while developing leadership and accountability skills. Additionally, Nate held positions at AT&T as Regional EHS Manager, focusing on safety operations and cultural transformation within the organization. Nate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University and is pursuing an MBA at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
