Nicholas Rudd has extensive experience in the lift and escalator industry, having held various senior positions since 2000. Rudd served as Managing Director at Ruddy Lifts, overseeing subcontracting work for notable companies such as Mitsubishi and Kone. From December 2016 until June 2021, Rudd worked at Orton L&E, progressing from Senior Lift Engineer to Lift Division Manager and Technical Advisor, notably contributing to the London Bridge Redevelopment Project. Following this, Rudd was the Lift and Escalator Site Manager for the Costain Skanska joint venture from July 2018 to August 2023. Rudd subsequently joined Otis Elevator Company as Senior Repair Manager for London from June 2023 to January 2025 and is currently the Head of Repairs at TK Elevator, starting January 2025.
